Stamp Off Going in Circles

 Welcome crafty friends!  Today Susan, Buffy and I are

hosting a "Going in Circles" challenge.

For our Going in Circles challenge, I decided that I would

use the circle from the Sharing Sunshine set on page 39,

to make a circle background pattern.  It is kind of muted, because I wanted the Pierced Blooms (page 165) to show up against it.

 I used the Happy Birthday sentiment  from Penguin Place,

which was cut out and mounted with a couple of circle dies.

The curly cues are also part of the Penguin Place set.  I added

some candy dots, colored with Stampin' Blends, to

further emphasize the circle theme.

Pierced Blooms with Art Gallery

 I sure enjoy the Pierced Blooms dies on page 165.  They

enable so many bloom combinations.  In this example, I

layered the blooms on some In Good Taste DSP (page 132).

The sentiment comes from the Art Gallery Stamp set (page 13),

with coordinating Floral Gallery dies (page 163).

Plentiful Plants with Perfect Plants

 I was somewhat hesitant about getting the Plentiful Plants

Bundle (Plentiful Plants set on page 81 with coordinating

Perfect Plants dies on page 160) because I don't always enjoy

product with a lot of little bits to put together.  It's my problem,

and I will own it.  However, I really love this bundle.  It 

allows you to create so many different combinations, the

plant stands are interesting and plant cards are something that

you can send to everyone.

I picked my colors from a layer of the Pattern Party

Hostess DSP on page 171.  I used two

colors for the plant, which made it very realistic looking.
