Cards for Church

My Church does a card ministry for Shut-ins.

Mini Pocket Scrapbook

This is a mini scrapbook that I shared at a recent club.

Rather than using envelopes to make a pocket scrapbook,

I took strips of paper and folded them, leaving a "tab"

to attach the pages together.

Products used included:

Colors: Vanilla Card Stock, Red Glimmer Paper,

Pool Party Core'dinations paper

This is an open view, showing the pocket inserts.

The tabs were made with the Hearts A Flutter

Framelits. 

Oh Hello Thanks

I am enjoying the Spring Mini Oh, Hello set very much.

I didn't think that it was "my style", until I started creating.

The Chevron Embossing Folder coordinates

extremely well with this set, duplicating the

zig zag pattern of the background image.

Colors:  So Saffron, Midnight Muse Marker,

 Always Artichoke Marker, Whisper White

Other:  Oval Framelits,  Needlepoint Border

Embossing Folders, Gold Brad

  

Secret Garden Leaf Negataive

This leaf pattern was produced with the

leaf from the Secret Garden Framelits. 

A square from the Scallop Square Die was

used with the framelit.  Old Olive DSP was

then mounted behind the cut-out.

A piece of Pink Pirouette/Rose Red 1 1/4 

Two-Tone ribbon was knotted with twine and

fastened to the stem.

A sentiment from Curly Cute was added to 

a Whisper White layer and then run through the

Dotted Embossing Folder.
