We're back, same day, same channel! Susan, Buffy
and I love bringing you our Stamp Off Challenge every Friday.
Today we are bringing you a color challenge. Now
Buffy and Susan know that this color combo is a BIG
challenge for me. I have used Lemon Lime Twist
on a limited basis, because it feels very bright, to me.
I did a couple of things to increase my comfort level.
I used a clean and simple (CAS) format, including the very
simplistic outline from Watts of Occasions, on page 63.
The lightbulb was colored with the "swish" image from
Work of Art on page 151. All 3 colors were stamped,
although the Pool Party was somewhat obscured.
The Lemon Lime Twist is toned down when paired
with darker colors, so the Bermuda Bay and Basic Black
layers helped a great deal. I added 3/8 " Bermuda Bay
Chevron ribbon, with a loop of Basic Black Solid Baker's
Twine (both on page 199). After all that, I found that
the Lemon Lime Twist is a fun color!
Now please hop on over to check out what Buffy
and Susan did with this challenge. They are not as
"challenged" with this color combination, so
I look forward to seeing their delightful offerings.

Great job, Jackie! I love how you pulled in all three colors and "toned down" the Lemon Lime Twist. No one would know it's not one of your favorite colors!
You did do a great job! That is the beauty of Lemon Lime Twist. It can go with bright colors or darker colors and look fantastic. Great card, Jackie!
Adding the bold black really changes the effect of the colours, Jackie. It looks stunning!
