I will have to admit that I love Christmas cards. They
express the faith of the creator, warm our hearts and
sparkle with anticipation. As a child, I was always the
first one up on Christmas morning, not because I wanted
presents, but more so because I anticipated all the joy
that my family would share together. I couldn't wait.
Night in Bethlehem, on page 26 of the Holiday catalog is
a set that warms my heart. I love the coordinating
Bethlehem Edgelits Dies that enable you to frame stamped
images, or create silhouettes.
The stamped city is placed behind an oval cut out, with
the Cherry Cobbler layer run through the Pinewood Planks
(p 211) 3D Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing
Folder. I wanted to bring in a wood stable feeling.
I added the Gold Star and Pear Pizzazz ribbon to complete the
Christmas feeling.

This is a lovely card, Jackie! All the extra details- like the embossed planks and your story - make it more special.
I was always the first one up too. I still am! Beautiful card, Jackie.
Wow - this card stopped me in my tracks, Jackie! I love the colours, and the layering of the images. The glimmer star and glimmer ribbon finish it off beautifully!
