another Friday Stamp Off Challenge.
Today, we have a challenge that is relatively "easy".
There are numerous SU sets with flowers, so we can
pick our favorites and let the flowers fly!
This is one of my favorite color combinations;
Poppy Parade and Mango Melody. The orange tint to
Poppy coordinates so well with the Mango!
I enjoy the Serene Garden set, with coordinating
Garden Scene Framelits Dies (page 166 and 217). This may
be one of my favorite bundles in the new catalog.
There are several reasons for this proclamation!
First, it enables a new technique, embossing with
dies (see page 221 in the catalog for the new Big Shot
Embossing Mats required for this technique).
Secondly, the dies enable you to "splatter" some very
trendy looking flowers all over a card front. It's just
a very fresh looking set.
The sentiment comes from the Dandelion Wishes Set
on page 118.

Ooooh. I love your embossed background. I need to get my embossing mat out and try it. Your card is lovely!
I love that background, and your "scattered" flowers are perfect. This is beautiful, Jackie (and that's one of my favorite color combinations too). Love the way the ribbon picks up the "scattered" idea.
