Way to Goat Birthday

 I call this a confetti card, with strands of material

suspended to add texture and movement.  I love 

Way to Goat on page 105, in part because the eyes or

legs can be engaged with other aspects of the card.

I stamped the goat and sentiment and ran the card stock

layer through the Subtles 3D Embossing Folder.  I colored

the goat with Stampin' Blends.

Then I took a piece of Linen Thread about twice the length

of this panel.  I punched circles from the Plaid Tidings

DSP (on page 57 of the 2020 August-December Mini Catalog),

and Brushed Metallic 12x12 yardstick (page 45).  The 

confetti bobbles definitely make this card more interesting.
