JackOtterStamp: Amazing Silhouettes with Quiet Meadow

This card uses an Amazing Silhouettes image that is

cut into strips. These strips are layered on to a card base,

run through the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing folder.

I added a bit of retired ribbon behind the sentiment from

Quiet Meadow.
