Tag a Bag Gift Box

Continuing on a "packaging theme", this is
a decorated Tag a Bag Gift Box, found on page 158
of the main catty.  These boxes are very sturdy and  come
with an acetate sleeve.  Basically, you decorate the
sleeve by adding product for the given event.

In this example, I decorated with an embossed Cherry Cobbler
Core'dinations band, dressed up with a layered
snowflake using the Festive Flurries bundled stamp set
and coordinating Framelits.
The snowflakes were embossed with silver embossing
powder on Whisper White and Brushed Silver card stock.

This is a pretty easy gift to "throw" together, given
the Festive Flurry bundle.  I made sure that the snowflakes
stood out by putting dimensionals between each layer.

Welcome to our November Llama Hop!!
I'm so very glad that you could join us.

You have probably arrived from Kath's site.
Doesn't she do a spectacular job!

If you "backed in" to my blog, then you've
just had an opportunity to see Buffy's
very creative projects.
Don't miss her Walter updates, in case
you need to know how to give your puppy it's pills!

This project uses the Hearts a Flutter set and
The sentiment comes from the
Occasions Alphabet is one of our few vertical sets,
has a sentiment for most events,
and fits nicely on banners!

Colors:  Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler,
Gumball Green, Brushed Gold Paper

Other:  Rhinestones, Small Heart Punch,
Gumball Green Ribbon,  Beautifully Baroque Embossing Folder,
Hearts A Flutter Framelits

This little box, made out of the beautiful
was created with the Envelope Punch Board.
The directions came from Sam Donald at

It could hold some chocolate kisses, or
small candies for a friend or coworker.

I didn't add a tag, because the paper made the
box pretty decorative on it's own (and frankly,
I ran out of time).  I punched holes and then added the
1/8 inch Silver Ribbon on page 28 of the Holiday Mini.

Here is another view.

The Envelope Punch Board enables you to make
envelopes, boxes, cards and a host of fun projects!
Look for more Envelope Punch Board
ideas in the future.

Well, that's it for me, so hop back to Kath's blog

Envelope Punch Board Gift Card

This is a quick project, made with the
Envelope Punch Board.
I used Cherry Cobbler Core'dinations paper
and the "Gift Card" measurements on the Envy Board.

The band was made with the Label Love set
and coordinating punch.

Here's the inside of this gift envelope.

Happy Day Thinking of You

When I need a sympathy or thinking of you card,
I pull out the Happy Day and Thoughts and Prayers sets.
In the example above, I used the stampamajig to line up
the sentiment in the middle of the card.
The circle image from Happy Day was cut out with
the 1 3/4 circle punch.

Colors:  Whisper White, Primrose Petals
Basic Black
