Stamp Off Sunshine Wishes Thinlits for Mom

Yippee Skippee, it's Friday!  You get to spend
it with a little Stamp Off Challenge,
featuring Buffy, Susan and myself.

This week, we honor our Mom's, the most wonderful
women in our lives!!

For this challenge, there was only one word that
described my Mom, and that is "love".
The Color Theory DSP (annual p 187) was the perfect
backdrop for glossy words from the Sunshine Wishes
Thinlits dies (p 216).    I colored glossing card stock with
the Stampin' Blends and then cut out the different
combinations of blended color.  It was nice to see how
all of the colors blended.

Now it is time to hop on over to see what Buffy
and Susan have done for our Love you Mom challenge.

Retiring Butterfly Basics

The retiring Butterfly Basics set (p 149) is a set that
I go to often, because of the beautiful images.  They go
together beautifully and enable creation of quick cards.
This set coordinates with the retiring Butterfly Thinlits dies
on page 215.   For this card, I used the retiring
Wild Wasabi with some Old Olive on the ferns.  The
butterfly is Sweet Sugarplum.  I did use the Stamparatus
to get the sentiment straight.  The plates on the Stamparatus
have a grid outline, that enables you to position
photopolymer stamps along the lines.

Celebrate You Thinlits with Brusho

I wanted to share another Brusho Crystal Colours card,
as it's been a while!   This was a really simple card, with the
Brusho used sparingly to create the speckled background.

I used the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies, which work so well
over a nice background.  I added a bit of Crushed Curry
Baker's Twin and colored White Perfect Accents with
Stampin' Blends.
