Kind & Cozy with Flower Shop

We've got a lot of brilliant sunshine today, so I am posting
a card that I hope reflects that sunshine.
The Kind & Cozy set seems to go so well with Flower Shop,
that I had to pair them.  I used happy colors inspired

Golden Congrats

The Happy Congratulations set makes it easy it is to
produce flashy cards.  The lanterns are easy to emboss and
punch out, so that they can be strung across a card.
Sorry about this picture as it's really hard to capture
the gold elements, without glare.

Colors:  Whisper White, Vellum card stock, Gold

Valentine-ish card

This looks like a valentine card, but then "love" cards
work any time of year.  This card was inspired by someone,
but sadly, I can't find the pin on my Pinterest boards.
I am drawn to cards that have an image punched out
or cut out with a framelit, so that cool paper can be
put behind it.

Embossed Gold Foil Flower Shop

I was in a mood for textures when I made this card.
First I embossed the background layer with the
Simply Scored with Diagonal Plate, creating a hashed pattern.
Then I took some Gold Foil (p 23 of Occasions)
and embossed it with one of the flowers from Flower Shop.
Cut it out with the Pansy Punch and layer on
1 1/4 Burlap Ribbon and you get a very organic look.
I used the "happy day" sentiment from the
Happy Day set (p 112).
I wanted to add black ribbon, but the 1/4 inch Taffeta Ribbon
has silver borders.  I ended up using my black marker
to color the edges black, yeilding a great,
well balanced look.
