Witty-Cisms with Peaceful Poppies DSP

I think that the Witty-Cisms set on page 37 of the Jan-June

2020 catalog is an wonderful set.  I love witty, cheeky

comments, as do many of my family members.  My Mom

doesn't want sappy, sentimental cards (well, unless they are

for someone who has serious illness or has passed).  She

prefers sarcastic sentiments for birthdays and such.

I always enjoy the very rude cards that she sends

for my birthday, often 2-3 because they were "funny."

I layered the focal images on a piece of Peaceful Poppies (p 25)

DSP.  This Designer Series Paper is spectacular, in that

you have options for lovely flowers, of patterned colors.

This kind of pairing is perfect for this set,

which will be RETIRING in June.

Best Catch with Catch of the Day Dies

This is a product bundle that I am really sad to see

retiring, especially since my brother has purchased some

lakeside property.  Our family also loved fishing when we

were growing up.  Wisconsin had so much to offer in terms of 

good fishing lakes.   We caught an abundance of sun fish,

bass, walleye, pike, musky and even a sturgeon.

Tasteful Backgrounds with Butterfly Gala

Here's another Tasteful Backgrounds Dies (page 196) card.  It 

took me a bit to get into the groove of using these dies, but

I really like the unique looks that you can create.  I used some

of the Peaceful Poppy DSP for the background layer, and added

 Peacock foil flower centers.  The sentiment comes from

the Butterfly Gala set.
