Welcome to another Watercooler Challenge!
The theme today is "CASE the Watercooler".
That means that we are to select a Watercooler artist,
one of their projects and reproduce it, or let it inspire us.
I enjoy CASEing card layouts, so I selected
The images in the World of Dreams set (p 127) are
beautiful and I find that coloring individual components
with markers, creates more interest.
I added flags from the Flashback DSP pack (p 186),
which gave me the color combination used on this card.
The sentiment is from the upcoming Holiday Hostess set
named Good Greetings. I used the Hexagon punch to
create the tails of the flags.
The small accent flowers were punched out of the DSP
using the flower from the Itty Bitty Accents Paper Pack (p 222).
Finally, the Rhinestones were colored with Smoky Slate
Blendabilities Markers (p 212), although the color does not
