Stamp-Off Airplane Sketch

Yippee Skippee, it's time for another
Stamp-Off hop with Buffy and Susan!
We've got sketch challenge today, and
then will switch to a different theme for the next hop.
This sketch features circles as part of the design.

This is another nephew birthday card.  Given that the Wright Brothers play prominently in Ohio history, I was excited to get this FREE SAB set, Sky Is The Limit.  I moved the panel and circles
around to better accommodate the images, so that the sentiment
is trailing the airplane.  I really like the Typeset Specialty DSP
for birthdays, because it is so easy to use that numbers sheet.

Now please hop on over to check the wonderful
projects that Buffy and Susan have for you!

In the Meadow Oval

I can't stop using In the Meadow.  I'm finding that using
Work of Art is a quick way to color this set, and a technique
that works well stylistically.
I tied a length of the Mint Macaron Baker's Twine Combo
(page 6 of the Occasions Mini) around the card as a finishing touch.
The vanilla layer was run through the Woodgrain Textured
Embossing Folder to coordinate.

Bloomin' Heart Thinlit Die on Rose Red

Here it is again.... the Bloomin Heart Thinlits Die on
page 16 of the Occasions Mini.  This was a pretty quick card
because I simply stamped the sentiment from
the FREE Botanicals For You, on page 4 of the SAB brochure.
The Rose Red layer was textured with the Elegant Dots
Textures Embossing Folder on page 174 of the regular catty.
This is such a delightfyl Thinlit!!

Hooray Balloon Builder

I apologize that the photo of this card is not as good
as it might be.  It's kind of "bulging" so looks uneven.
I wanted to explore options with the Party Pop-Up Thinlits
die on page 7 of the Occasions Mini, so decided to use a portion of pop-up.  Balloon Builders (p 14) balloons were suspended
above the sentiment.

In the Meadow Bouncing Brayer

I used the Bouncing Brayer technique for this project.
I didn't "bounce" in the traditional way, but instead
up and down the card.  This was a fast way to color
the card background!

The In the Meadow set continues to offer so many options.
I added the sentiment from Butterfly Basics.
