Petal Passion DSP with Stampin' Blends

I was going to end the week with another bird card,

but didn't want to bore anyone.  I made this card a while ago,

so felt that I needed to get it posted.   I really enjoy coloring

with the Stampin' Blends (Occasions p 31) and the 

Petal Passion Designer Series Paper (Occasions p 23)

is the perfect opportunity to play.  It also enables you to

create a pretty simple, yet elegant card for any situation.

Bird Banter Inset

Speaking of birds, I've got more for you.

This is some Bird Banter (Occasions p 42) fun,

colored with Stampin Blends.  The birdie is inset

into a Color Theory DSP layer.

Flying Home on a Bundle of Love

I'm really picky about my bird sets, and I think that

Flying Home (Occasions p 41) is a beautiful, elegant set.

A perfect way to brighten someone's day.

In this example, I layered the focal image on to a 

piece of the Bundle of Love DSP.  They make a 

great combination, with lots of sparkle.

Flying Home is a very nice set to color with the Stampin' Blends.

It creates a vibrant image, that looks watercolored,

without all the effort.
