SAB Hippest Hippos

 My mom is in skilled nursing and every once in a while

I bring some die cut items and sentiments to make some

cards.  The SAB Hippest Hippos with coordinating Hippo Dies

are a wonderful FREE option with purchase.

In this example, I added a butterfly created with the 

Build a Butterfly dies.

Daisy Lane with Heron Habitat Sentiment

 I've wanted to make this card layout, for

a while.  It's easy because you take a piece of DSP, cut 1/2 way

across horizontally, and just fold/glue the edges back.  If you enjoy

both sides of a piece of DSP, it is a perfect strategy to create interest.

I used retired DSP and the retired Daisy Lane stamp set. 

The Large Daisy punch is retired, but the Medium Daisy punch

is still available.  I stamped the sentiment from

Heron Habitat and glued it in the DSP opening.  It looks

like you did something fancy, but it is an incredibly 

easy technique.

Happier Than Happy with Heron Dies

As I've said, I really enjoy the Happier Than Happy stamp

set, with coordinating dies.  We have so many current and

retired DSP packs that coordinated well with this bundle.

In this example, I used 3 strips of the retired Beauty of the 

Earth DSP, glued them and then ran this layer through the retired

Subtles 3D Embossing folder.  I added grass from the

Heron Dies and cut out the sentiment with a 

Tailor Made Tags die.  I wanted the bear to look like

he was walking out of the forest to send a birthday greeting.
