Under My Umbrella

Under My Umbrella, on page 20, is a great set to use
when you need a feel good card, that is not too specific.
Not a sympathy card, but a just a middle of the road
I care about you kind of thing.  This set pairs with the
Umbrella Builder punch on page 167.  It's nice because
you can stamp flowers on your umbrella, or leave it blank.

The sentiment was cut out with a die from the
Hippo and Friends collection.  They are just so great
for layering or sentiments.

Hippo Happiness with Hippo and Friends Dies

What's a girl to say?  I just adore the Hippo Happiness
stamp set on page 49.  The Hippo and Friends dies on
page 176 are so varied and useful.  With the early release of
the August-December 2020 catalog, you can also add a
slice of the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper (page 57).
This paper lends itself to pretty much any theme or image.
This was kind of an unusual color combo, but I had
the unicorn sitting on my desk, the circle already cut,
and a bit of the plaid left over from another project.
I dislike leftover bits all over my stamping area,
so a card was born.

I did use some retired gold glimmer paper, because the
unicorn just had to sparkle!

Sailing Home

The Sailing Home Set on page 31 works for so many

different situations.  For this card, I simply sponged ink on an acrylic block, spritzed and pressed it to my Whisper White Cardstock.  After it dried, I stamped the lighthouse.

It's a quick technique, that makes for an interesting

card, especially when using an image like the lighthouse.
