See A Silhouette Seasonal Layers

It's finally starting to cool off here in Ohio.  My maple
in the front yard is always the first tree in the neighborhood
to start to change color, so that scene inspired this card.

I paired the Seasonal Layers dies on page 195 with the
See A Silhouette DSP on page 166.   The sentiment comes from
my favorite On To Adventure set on page 28.
You'll also notice some coordinating leaves on the
Crushed Curry background layer.   I taped some of the
leaves to a piece of cardstock, and ran it through the
Big Shot with a piece of Crushed Curry, creating
negative impression.   Finally, I added some enamel
dots, colored with Stampin' Blends.

Free Skate with Detailed Skate Dies

The Free Skate set, with coordinating Detailed Skate Dies
on page 44 of the Holiday catalog is such a romantic
bundle.  Something about the nostalgia of strapping on
those skates really gets to me.

I like being able to make the skates shiny, using Peacock foil,
Mercury Glass Designer Acetate and Glimmer Paper.
These images lend themselves to pulling out all the
reflective options, so that you get an icy feeling.

Snowman Season

If you're like me, snowmen make you happy.
They are silly, and a bit chubby, which may be
part of the appeal.  Snowman Season (Holiday page 20),
with the coordinating Snowman Builder Punch (page 19)
is a chubby collection of happy snow people.

In this example, I added some Mercury Glass Designer
Acetate (page 33).  I'm not sure that DSP goes well
with a snowman throwing snowflakes, but there it is.
