Stamp Off Hand Penned

Welcome back to another Stamp Off Challenge, with
Susan, Buffy and me.  Today our challenge is to create
a card that does not use any dies or punches.  It's down to
fussy cutting or nothing!

I decided to use black, and a bit of a fancy fold to
add interest to my card.  Of course the Hand Penned set
on page 105 has all of the flare that you could want!
I stamped it on Basic White and layered it on to a
folded piece of Basic Black.

I stamped a white piece for the inside of the card.
As you can see, my image colors were taken directly from
the beautiful Hand Penned DSP on page 131, which is the
backdrop for the image.
I added a few candy dots that I colored with a Soft Succulent
Stampin' Blend, and a some of yellow ribbon.

Thank you for visiting me.  Please pop by Buffy and
Susan's blogs to check out their cards!

Meadow Dies Over Stitched Rectangles

WOW, I didn't realize how long it's been since I posted
a card made with the Meadow Dies on page 160.  I bet
Susan has been wondering what has been going on!
I layered the flower over Hand Penned DSP (page 130),
cut out with the Stitched Rectangles dies (page 165).
I added an enamel heart, for interest.

Masculine Lighthearted Lines

Today, I decided to post a really quick and easy masculine
project.  The Lighthearted Lines set on page 31 has the
perfect sentiment for cheeky commentary.  I placed it
on a slant to add interest.  Layered on a piece of In Good
Taste DSP (page 132), with a little gold foil and you are
nearly done.  I colored some candy dots with a Sharpie
marker, to add a little more rustic feel to this project.

Back on Your Feet with Beauty of the Earth

Sometimes you rediscover a stamp set, because it works back
perfectly to a new DSP (Designer Series Paper).  In this
example, the Beauty of the Earth DSP (page 130) is the
perfect compliment to the Back on Your Feet set on page 85.
I used a die from Hippo and Friends (page 163) to cut out
a window to frame the sloth.  The sentiment was cut out
with the Stitched So Sweetly dies on page 166.

Happy Monday!
