Moon Baby Stampin' Blends

Say hello to a new world of colorful creativity!
This news makes me really happy because I  LOVE to color.
Meet Stampin’ Blends, artist-quality alcohol markers in 12 exclusive Stampin’ Up! colors.  These alcohol markers are
available to demonstrators, with customer release to be announced.

I felt like this was a great image to use for trying out
these new Stampin' Blends.  Moon Baby, on page 106,
pegs the sweetness meter.  In this example, I used the
following colors:  Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight,
Pink Pirouette, Ivory, Color Lifter and Rich Razzleberry.

These alcohol markers blend well and allow you to
coordinate the light and dark shade, or combine colors.
The Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad is recommended
when using these markers.

Night in Bethlehem in Oval

I will have to admit that I love Christmas cards.  They
express the faith of the creator, warm our hearts and
sparkle with anticipation.  As a child, I was always the
first one up on Christmas morning, not because I wanted
presents, but more so because I anticipated all the joy
that my family would share together.  I couldn't wait.

Night in Bethlehem, on page 26 of the Holiday catalog is
a set that warms my heart.  I love the coordinating
Bethlehem Edgelits Dies that enable you to frame stamped
images, or create silhouettes.

The stamped city is placed behind an oval cut out, with
the Cherry Cobbler layer run through the Pinewood Planks
(p 211) 3D Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing
Folder.  I wanted to bring in a wood stable feeling.
I added the Gold Star and Pear Pizzazz ribbon to complete the
Christmas feeling.

Colorful Seasons Chair with Flowers

This is another Colorful Seasons (p 147) and coordinating
Seasonal Layers Thinlits (p 216) sample.  Although it
features flowers, I think that it might be an option for a guy.
I also incorporated my favorite Wood Textures DSP stack
on page 187.  These wood designs well with almost any
style or occasion.  I am amazed at the flexibility of this stack.
