This is a CASE from one of the Stampin' Up! Regional events.
It is a very quick, yet WOW card.
Simply stamp the flower image from Happy Memories in
Permanent (waterproof) ink, color and punch with the 1 3/4 circle punch.
Use the border punch
to accessorize one edge of c/s and add the pink strip.
Add the sentiment and you're done. Cute and Quick.
