Welcome my contribution to the Fall-i-Days
Christmas blog hop. I bet you loved Diane's projects!
My theme this hop is "Christmas Sparkle".
I love the Red Glimmer paper (page 160), because it
just makes me happy. This paper
figures prominently into my projects.
In this project, the Red Glimmer paper is the
layer behind a Whisper White layer.
The WW layer was stamped with the Christmas sentiment
from the Open Sleigh set found on page 12 of the main catty.
The Whisper White layer was then run through the Big Shot
Holiday Collection Framelit Christmas tree die
three times to create a group of trees.
You don't have to be picky about placement,
just create a random trio.
After creating the trees, the layer was run through
Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder to add a little texture.
I attached all of the layers, concluding with a
Gumball Green card base.
Lastly, Rhinestones were added to complement
the sparkle.
My second project is a gift card holder. It can be
hung from a Christmas tree or
you can omit the ribbon and send it as a card.
you can omit the ribbon and send it as a card.
Again, a layer of Red Glimmer paper figures
prominently, flanked by a frame of Brushed Silver CS.
Graduated sizes of the Window Frames Collections
Framelits were used to produce the Gumball Green
card base, Glimmer layer, and Brushed Silver frame.
The Holiday Collections Christmas Tree Framelit was
used to make the tree image, which was then
run through the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder.
Gumball Green Ribbon was attached between layers
with sticky strip.

This is the inside of the gift card holder.
I cut an extra layer of the Window Frames
Framelit, cut it down
and glued it with Tombo.
I hope that you enjoyed my hop projects!

Fabulous Miss Jackie. Love the sparkle. And you may have solved my gift card presentation dilemma. I have the Window Frame dies...now I just need the Holiday Collection Framelits. Good thing we still have a few more weeks left to the Holiday Catalog. Not to mention Christmas.
Love your projects, Jackie!! The gift card holder is so clever!
Love your use of red glimmer paper. Great card, I'll use this one for my card buffet, thanks.
Great projects! The red Glimmer Paper is absolutely fabulous in both of them. I love the randomness of the trees in your Christmas card. That makes is fun and unique. The gift card holder is a wonderful idea. Like Jean, I will be trying these soon.
Jackie love the Red Glimmer paper projects... so Christmasy! I really like the trees with the negative peek through. So pretty and the gift card holder with the framelits is fantastic. Very clever. Hugs.
