Connie and Mary are running several challenges HERE
including this color challenge (Raspberry Ripple,
Soft Sky, Very Vanilla).
The outside of this card is rather simple and low key.
I stamped and attached some snowflakes
(using Festive Flurry Set and Festive Flurry Framelit dies)
(using Festive Flurry Set and Festive Flurry Framelit dies)
to the front of the card, and then ran it through
the Argyle embossing folder. The Christmas
sentiment on the front comes from Petite Pairs
In this sample, the inside of my card is the focal point
and features the 3 colors for this color challenge.
I used the Circle Card Thinlit
to make an interactive fold-out component on the inside
of this card. The smaller snowflake suspends
the panel with the sentiment from the
Christmas Messages set.
The panel moves forward when the card is opened.
Here is a closer look.
Obviously, this card is designed to be propped up
open on a mantle, so that the interactive interior can
be viewed.
