Welcome to the Wacky Watercooler Hop!!
You've likely just arrived from Gail's blog.
this is an "international" hop, with both the
US and Canada represented.
So..... here are my contributions:
The SAB offerings are really wonderful this year.
I'm not a "banner person", but I really like the
because it can be used for other projects.
Scrapbook pages are quick and easy to produce,
because the materials are all cut and ready to position.
This is a picture of my (now) 26 year old niece.
Such a wonderful memory! Hard to believe she is
taking time from her job in frigid MN and visiting my
Mom in AZ this week!
I trimmed her picture with the Starburst Framelits.
Colors: Primrose Petals, Heartfelt Banner Kit
My second project is a 3x6 card, featuring the Fresh Prints
Designer Series Paper Stack on page 33 and the Just Sayin'
& Word Bubbles Bundle on page 36 of the Occasions brochure.
For bling, I added some Gold Sequin Trim, and a couple flowers
made from Simply Pressed Clay (p 167). The flowers work
well with that flowered pattern!
(3 different designs), Pool Party Textured paper
My final project uses one of the new tag punches;
In the picture above, a card technique with tie closure,
that has been circulating the internet, is presented beside

I made the box and then "finished" the top by
running it through the Big Shot Top Note Die.
Because the top was 4 thicknesses, I had to run it
thru a Bigz die, rather than a framelit die.
I'm not sure if I like it any better than I did when
the top was just a straight line.... but then stamping is
"an experiment", right?
You just kind of do what you feel, until it feels done.
It this closeup, it shows that I decided to add butterflies,
using the Bitty Butterfly Punch with more Sweet Sorbet DSP.
I added the butterflies because this box with band and bottom
trim (made with the Tasteful Trim die) started to look like a 2 piece bathing suit to me.
I felt that adding butterflies would dispel that notion!
Products: Red Core'Dinations Paper,
Top Note Die, SAB Sweet Sorbet DSP,
Thank you for checking out my hop projects!

Jackie, I love your projects! Who's the sweetie in the banner picture?
I feel a 'case' coming on with that lovely bag/box! :)
Great projects, Jackie! I love the box! Beautiful!
Two-piece bathing suit? Hmmmmmmm - now I really need that punch! Very creative projects Jackie. And that SAB banner kit - I have almost everything else in the SAB brochure. That is one of two that I don't have. Do I need to do another order now?
So sweet!!! Love these!
Really like your 3x3 fresh prints card
Thanks for the ideas on the banner kit!
Yep, I wanna know who that cutie pie is, too.
I love your projects. Your comment about the 2 piece bathing suit had me chuckling. That little box is really cute. Haven't done anything with my tag topper punch yet but what a great idea.
Love these, Jackie! And now that you mentioned the bathing suit, that's all I can see. Yep - the butterflies help! TFS great projects (as always).
Such cute projects, Jackie. Love that little box!
Great projects!
Experiment successful Miss Jackie that Top Note edging adds a cool stylish look. So did you have to get permission from your niece to show her "baby" pictures? She's a cutie patootie but even 26 year olds aren't too old to cringe when the kiddie pictures come out of the wallet!
Thanks for showcasing the heartfelt banner kit. I've been wondering about some "out of the banner" ideas for it and your creations really filled that bill. Thanks for hopping again this month. Looking forward to another creative hop installment next month.
Hi, Jackie. Thanks so much for being part of this blog hop. What a great way to use that Heartfelt Banner Kit. The materials you've used make a darling scrapbook page. I'm so glad you've used the Simply Pressed clay flowers on your 4"x6" card! That clay is wonderful and has been so neglected for the most part. The flowers are the perfect compliment to your card. I'm not sure that I agree that your box looks like a two piece bathing suit, but it certainly is a wonderful marriage of the Top Note die and the Scallop Tag Topper punch. Are you sharing the "how-to" for that box (hint, hint)? Thanks for the great ideas and for sharing.
Loved everything...
nice projects Jackie!
