Sea Street with Speech Bubble

Sea Street (p 48) is a really cute set, with components
that go together so well.  In this case, I added a 
sentiment from Just Sayin' (p 109).  Love having the 
Word Bubble Framelits to cut out the bubble.
I used traditional nautical colors, except for the fish!
