Bow Tie and Lips!

This is a pretty quick card to make, and a bit of punch fun.
I continue to enjoy the Perfect Pennants set because it is
so versatile.   
The lips were made by punching the Decorative Label
punch (p 220) first and then using a circle punch to 
cut out the curved lip portion.  This idea came from
Linda Parker in the UK.  I think that the bow tie and lips
combo is fun.
