Whooooo Hooooo!!
The Wacky Watercooler crew is celebrating the new
2015-16 Stampin' Up! catalog, with an exciting June Hop.
You've likely arrived from Marsha's blog
and her wonderful projects.
My first project features the Amazingly Artistic set
on page 125. It is one of my favorite new sets.
I used two new In-Colors; Tip Top Taupe and
Mint Marcaron. The lacy ribbon makes a wonderful layer.
I suspect it would look spectacular with the dragonfly
fussy cut... but alas I am not a fussy cutter.

photopolymer set on page 74. I love the way the flowers
pair with the stems. In order to make this image look
more "lacy", I ran it through the Elegant Dots (p 174)
Big Shot Embossing Folder. I love the way that
heightens the lacy look of the flowers.
The sentiment comes from the Greetings Thinlits on
page 172. The colors are Old Olive, Delightful Dijon
and Whisper White.
My final project was created with the Cutie Pie Thinlits
on page 171.
This is the top view of the cake slice
And a view from the "back side" of the slice.
The Thinlit includes a lot of bits and pieces, including
candle, bow, tages, "Eat Me!" sentiment and other cake
decorating components.
This is the negative left from the sentiment lettering,
a suggestion from my friend Mary Brown (Stampercamper).
If you have the need to make favors or a cake for an event,
this is certainly the way to go!
So now that you've finished viewing my projects,
please hop on over to see Penny's wonderfully creative
projects! Or, you can hop on over to our Home page,
to catch up on any sites you might have missed.

Your flower cards are wonderful - and highlighting the embossing folder really works! I hadn't even noticed that one in the catalogue - it is really elegant. And how cute is the cake slice. Love the 'eat me' on it!
Such pretty cards Jackie. I really like the Wild About Flowers card. The Elegant Dots EF really added to the card - great job! Your cute little box made me smile!
Wonderful projects.
Going to CASE the Wild About Flowers card--love that! Great job with your projects!
If you follow the instructions to "eat me" on the cake, do you end up like Alice through the looking glass?! :) All of your cards are amazing, Jackie - I really love that embossing folder used with the Wild About Flowers set. Just stunning! Thanks for sharing :)
Both of your flower cards are beautiful Jackie. I like your colour choices and the background on the second one. That embossing folder is going to be super popular I'm sure. I like how you finished with the cake slice.....it looks good enough to eat! TFS.
Oh my gosh, Jackie! Where to start. I love them all.
The problem with these hops is that I decide I really do like sets and need to get them. You have convinced me it is the Wild About Flowers set. I love what you did with it.
To funny, Deborah. I was thinking the same thing! My daughter-in-law wanted an Alice in Wonderland theme for Amelia's birthday. Seeing possibilities...
These are lovely, Jackie - as always! You always get just the right color/layer/design combo.
Great projects, Jackie. My favorite is the Amazingly Artistic card. I really like that little dragonfly.
nice cards! I like how simple they are yet elegant.
Hi Jackie, thanks for continuing to be part of our fun Blog Hop. Your projects are such fun, especially that cake box. You are making it difficult for me not to get that die! I have the Wild About Flowers set coming as one of the replacements for my Blendabilities and am itching to try it out now that I've seen your card. Even without the fussy-cutting, your Awesomely Artistic card is gorgeous.
