In this example, rather than adding the Bloomin Heart for
texture, this Lots of Labels (p 173) opening is backed
with Burlap Ribbon (p158). I added the balloons from
the photopolymer Balloon Builders set (p 14 of Occasions Mini)
paired with the Balloon Bouquet Punch on page 13.

set on page 15.

Jackie, this is so clever! I LOVE the burlap in the framelit opening. I never would have thought of that. (I just got on board with the Bloomin' Heart...You keep stretching me!) Love that stamp set. I may have to cave and get it as well. You're doing so many beautiful projects with it.
