Stamp Off Color Challenge with SAB Paper

Happy Stamp Off Challenge day.
Buffy, Susan and I have a good one for you!

This is a beautiful color challenge.  The only difficulty
is the fact that the Night of Navy color looks
black on a computer screen.  Sadly, cards often look
very different (better) in person.  Part of the issue
may be that I do not have a special set-up for
picture taking.  That involves a light box,
which takes up space!

I took the easy way out on this one!  I used the
FREE Sale-A-Bration Carried Away DSP pack on page 7.
This pack incorporates all of the colors for this challenge.

My sentiment comes from the Balloon Adventures
set on page 5 of the Occasions Catalog.  I used markers
to color the birthday message, which was then cut out
with the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies and then layered
on to a Tip Top Taupe Layering Circles Framelits scallop.
I love the opportunity to layer stitched and scalloped
elements.  The bow comes from the Pretty Pines
Thinlits Dies, which currently has carried over from
the Holiday catalog.

It's time to click on over to see what Buffy and
Susan have created for this challenge.  I know that
you will thoroughly enjoy their creativity!!

I love your take on the challenge, Jackie. The two paper designs balance really well - and that's such a great sentiment from Ballon Adventires. (Did you and Susan plan this, by the way?)

Great minds think alike (again), Jackie. I love how you used the DSP. Very nice!

Jackie, you and Susan are the brilliant ones; I didn't even notice this colour combination on this DSP. It was both of you that made it work! Great card; I love the pattern combination you used, and the little bow is darling!
