Stamp Off Ombre Color Theory

Happy Friday!  Thank you so much for joining
Susan, Buffy and I for some challenge fun.

This week, we are working with an Ombre challenge.
There are so many options for creating an ombre effect,
that it will be fun to see how each of us deliver!

I elected to go with an easy approach, using NEW
Stampin' Up! products that will be available next
Thursday (June 1st).  The ombre layer was created
with the NEW Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack
on page 187 of the 2017-18 catalog.  This paper features
sheets with 4 colors, in a variety of ombre patterns.

The flower was created with the new Daisy punch,
found on page 207.  This punch coordinates with a set,
or can be used on its own.   The sentiment comes from
Flourishing Phrases, which thankfully will be available
in the new catalog!   I like this Color Theory paper stack
because it allows for quick card creation, while
allowing for a striking color technique.

Now please click over to Buffy and Susan's blogs,
to check out their Ombre projects.

I love how you put the DSP horizontal instead of vertical. It is a whole different look!

So pretty, Jackie! The yellow daisy is beautiful with the ombre tiles, and I love the little splash of glimmer paper.
