Yes, indeed, it is another card featuring Christmas owls,
from the Have a Hoot Stamp Set with coordinating
Peek-A-Hoot Dies on page 62 of the Holiday Catalog.
I attached them to the wreath from the Wreath Builder
dies on page 173. Those elements are layered on
a piece of Plaid Tidings DSP (Holiday page 57).
