This is what you could call a DSP snail card. I used layers
and the snail from the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper pack.
The snail and sentiment layer were cut out with the Snail Dies
Finally, I used the sentiment from the Snailed It stamp set
(all on page 55 of the Jan-June 2021 Mini Catalog).
I really like the colors that are brought together in this DSP,
including Real Read, Blushing Bride, Daffodil Delight,
Bermuda Bay and Basic Gray. They are just a tad out of my
comfort zone, I that I would not ordinarily put these colors
together. But when SU does it for you, it works.
I often wonder if the "younger people" make the connection
regarding snail mail. It took me a while to understand, but
then I didn't start texting til very late in the game.

That is one of the things I love about SU and their DSP. Now you can use dies to cut it out making an adorable card!
I love how the dies and DSP coordinate. And you're right - SU comes up with some combinations in their DSP that I would never think of, but they work! Cute card!!
This card just makes me smile - big! :) I was actually expecting it to read 'you've got 'snail'', instead of mail (but I wouldn't like to get a snail, unless he was this dapper!) You snailed it with this card, Jackie :)
