This is an easy card to make, if you enjoy blending.
I ripped a piece of paper and went to town, blending above
the torn portion. Next, I stamped the otter from the SAB
Awesome Otters on page 11. I added a bit of white thread
and layered up the card.

What a fun card! I love how you ripped the paper and used it to mask below your blending. It looks great, although that otter looks like he is very cold and shaking!
So cute, Jackie! Although, I agree with Susan - he looks a little chilly. But he's still enjoying his birthday fish. Love it!
