Happy Birthday with Retired Components

This is a birthday pocket card, made with retired Back to Black DSP.  The  XOXO comes from the Circle Card Thinlits Die.
I used the retired Starburst Framelits to cut out the concentric
circles.  The "Happy Birthday" comes from the
Sassy Salutations set on page 99.

WCC31 Sketch Challenge

http://watercoolerchallenges.blogspot.ca/
Yes, it's that time again... Watercooler Challenge Sunday.

This week is Heidi's Sketch Challenge.  I hope that you will
try your hand at this challenge,
by adding your project to our Linky.
This is my submission, which involves no stamping!
It does include lots of accessories, including the beautiful
Timeless Elegance DSP on page 143, which I colored,
the Red Foil Sheets (#139607) on page 26 and the
Iced Rhinestone Embellishments (#139637) on page 24,
of the Holiday Mini. The XOXO, cut out in the Red Foil,
comes from the Circle Card Thinlits Die.

Sprinkles of Life Clouds

This card was made with the RMDH set on page 189,
with the coordinating Tree Builder set on page 167.
The clouds are lined with Silver Glimmer Paper,
found on page 149.
This set with punch are a great combination and provides
monies for Ronald Mcdonald House Charities.

Vintage Leaves with Framelit

I really love the Vintage Leaves set (p 88), because the leaves
are so realistic and it has coordinating Leaflets Framelits (p 172).

I dragged ink across the Whisper White cardstock and then
stamped the leaves in Cajun Craze, Hello Honey and Old Olive.
I added the happy sentiment and colored some rhinestones
with a gold sharpie and called it a card!

Every Blessing with Retired c/s and DSP

This Christmas card features some retired products,
with the new Every Blessing Christmas set (p 70).
I used a Pistachio Pudding card base, with some retired DSP.
I added the "Joy" from the Wonderful Wreath Framelits (p 172),
which fit nicely with the card components.

Don't miss the SU video on the Wonderful Wreath set!
