Sending Smiles with Tulip Dies

 I've been busy using the Sending Smiles with coordinating

Sending dies.  They are just a dandy bundle, as the 

sentiments work for so many occasions.  I also used the

Tulip Dies to create the little pattern on either side of the

flower.  I backed the holes with Misty Moonlight to help

highlight these accents.  The background layer was run through

the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder to add

more texture.  Genial Gems finish out this project.

Heron Habitat with Symbols of Fortune

 I had a great aunt who was a buyer for a department store.

She made frequent trips to the orient and I have some products

that she purchased, including a carved lamp and block print.

  I've always appreciated this type of esthetic.

This led me to purchase the Symbols of Fortune DSP, which

has an oriental feel and coordinates exceedingly well with the 

Heron Habitat bundle.  I placed the heron on a Tailor Made

Tags layer.

Tulip Dies with Sending Smiles

 The Tulips Dies are so darn pretty, and easy to use.

In this example, I used several colors of cardstock for

the Tulips, and added some shading with Stampin' Blends.

The tulips were layered on to a piece of 2021-22 

Pattern Party Hostess DSP.  The sentiment comes from the

Sending Smiles Bundle.

Bottled Happiness with Floral Gallery Dies

 Periodically I get together with friends to stamp, although

it has been a while.  I enjoyed time stamping with Mary and

Jo last week, including play with NEW CATALOG products.

This is the Bottled Happiness stamp set (page 16) and 

Vintage Bottle punch, which is a wonderful bundle.

I used two new In Colors; Sweet Sorbet and Parakeet Party.

The sentiment was cut out with Floral Gallery Dies 

on page 171.

Sit Stay Relax Hostess Set

 With a new annual Stampin' Up! catalog, comes new

hostess sets.  This cute little set is called Sit Stay Relax

and is found on page 179.  It allows you to make a quick

and easy card for pet lovers.   I used the Label Me Fancy

punch on page 153 for this sentiment.

Mother's Day Windmill Fields

 I hope that everyone had a great Mother's Day!  Today I am

posting the card that I sent to my Mom.  I think that I've mentioned

that Mom spent some time in Holland, so I wanted to feature

the Windmill Fields dies.  I used the retiring Plenty of 

Patterns Decorative mask for the background, ran it through

and embossing folder and added a bit of twine.  The background

strips come from the Pattern Party hostess DSP.  I cut out 

the retired sentiment with the Floral Gallery Dies.
