Stamp Off Challenge: Watercolor In the Meadow

Welcome to another edition of the Stamp Off challenge
with Buffy and Susan.  This one is a watercolor challenge,
which I'm really excited about.

Susan has been taking watercolor classes,
so I suspect she's going to show us some major technique!

I go back and forth on whether this card has sufficient "technique". I wanted to add more, yet nothing I tried seemed to work.

I took watercolor paper and painted on Pirouette Pink
and Pear Pizzazz reinker with a watercolor brush.
I then took the image from In the Meadow (Occasions), stamped in
Pear Pizzazz and then spritzed with water.  I repeated,
leaving water blotches in the process.  I water colored
the flowers with Crushed Curry.

The sentiment comes from the Celebrate Today set on page 102
of the main catty.   I wanted to use that set because it is
photopolymer, so easier to line up.

So now get your sweet self over to Buffy and Susan's
blogs, so that you can see some outstanding artistry!

Gorgeous watercolouring, Jackie! I think it doesn't need anything else - it's perfect just as is!
