Flourish Thinlits on Watercolor Wash

This card required a bit of dry time.   I wet watercolor
paper and then used an aqua painter to spread
Flirty Flamingo and Peekaboo Peach ink,
created a watercolor wash.
I dried the ink with my heat tool.

The Flourish Thinlits dies (annual p 216)
 was perfect, when paired with
Gold Foil paper.  Finally, I added the birthday sentiment
from Birthday Basics (annual p 149).

Sometimes, the clean and simple cards are the ones
that come together most rapidly.  This is however,
until you add the final touch, the sentiment, and then
smudge it!!  Sadly, I have a hard time waiting
til ink dries, to attach my card layers!

This background is perfect with the gold flourish. Gorgeous. I'm going to miss Peekaboo Peach! It's my favorite of the retiring In Colors. Beautiful card, Jackie!
